we went to Seahurst beach the other day to collect rocks; Friday was "rock painting day" at our house and there was no way I was going to BUY big rocks to paint! Plus, we got a chance to go play for a bit at the beach anyways. Although, both the kids are weenies when it comes to seaweed; kyle especially. He saw a tad bit of kelp a ways away and said, "ooh, mom... I don't know about this..." He won't walk on seaweed even with shoes on!
Kaylie had fun tossing tiny little pebble rocks into the kids' rock bag. At least she didn't eat them!
