Do You Know Who This Is?! I don't!!

This is Angus*. Angus has an English accent.

*good thing this person created an alias. This person is in disguise, so I've been told. In order to obtain a photograph, I had to promise this person a. ice cream after dinner and b. that I wouldn't show anybody this photo. When downloading pictures, I showed this person by placing a black bar over the eyes, nobody knows who it is. "That's how they do it on TV and in magazines!" I said.
This person didn't really believe me about that though when they placed one hand over their eyes and said, "oh yeah... I bet you can tell this is me still... me with my hand over my eyes..."
