Scene: We're all in the car, driving up to grab a bite to eat after going to the Grand Opening Celebration of the Burien Library. DJ and I are talking to ourselves, and we hear Karis talking to Kyle in the background.
Karis: "I bet Lacey would eat breakfast at that Monkey Restaurant if she could."
All of us: "What?! Did you say 'Monkey Restaurant'?"
Karis: "Yeah, you know, her favorite place to eat? Only the Chinese people get to eat breakfast there."
Jess: "Do you mean 'King Wha'?"
Karis: "Yes. They only serve lunch and dinner, but I bet she would eat breakfast there if they had it. Only the worker people could eat breakfast there."
Jess: "Why did you call it the Monkey Restaurant?"
Karis: "Because that's his name. From the movie. The one with the girl and the buildings."
All of us: "oh, you mean King Kong!!!"
Karis: "Yeah, whatever. Same thing."
