Kyle & Karis, showing off their Jahng Bahngs (big long stick, to you non TKD-ers) and you know what? They're both really good at it! Kyle worked really hard at creating his own weapons form from scratch, and used it in weapons competition at the tournament. Karis showed off her JB skills at testing, demonstrating basic moves and strikes all by herself!
