Kaylie doesn't like messes. She always asks for a napkin at dinner for her hands. I gave her a damp paper towel while she ate a chocolate covered cookie; and she wiped her hands clean, wiped the tray down, and even tried to clean off the cookie.
I think she missed a spot. Right there. On your chin.
