Kaylie was pretty excited when she saw this book in the courtyard- I had just gotten it for her!
And her buddy Maddie's favorite book- Curious George.
See how big those books are? The school's courtyard has a handful of classic children's books there (that's why we had the book party at the school!) We hid buttons in the courtyard (See Frog and Toad's story "The Lost Button"- you'll get why) and the kids had fun searching for them.
There were big planes flying directly over head the school. Kaylie had been ducking and covering her head; but she stood up by the time the camera took the picture.
