Today was Kyle's last day of school! We're off to Montana (or "Hannah Pontana" as Karis keeps calling it) for a family reunion with my mom's mom and family; so Kyle gets to skip out on the last three days of school. He's pretty bummed he's missing out on Field Day on Monday, so we'll have to do something fun on our own on Monday.
Let's see... what has KJ learned this year? He learned how to read, and to sound out words on his own. He can count past 200, and is good at adding and subtracting. He also learned how to deal with other kids- kids that don't take turns, kids that change their minds about being your friend every five minutes, friends that do stupid things for no reason. He's also learned what it's like to stand up for other people and for himself. We're pretty proud of him!
